Over the past ten years, Corinium Construction has been instrumental in the redevelopment of in excess of thirty properties within the Great Tew Estate. The Estates portfolio dates back to the 16th century and consists of varying forms, a mixture of thatched and Cotswold stone roofed ironstone cottages, barns, farmhouses, farmsteads and more latterly shoot lodges. Working closely with the Estate Owner throughout, the numerous grade II listed refurbishments have been carefully and sympathetically executed, whilst encompassing a blend of more modern designs.
