A two year long project restoring five ancient stone barns to an impeccable standard, to be used as five luxurious individual short-term holiday lets.
From almost complete dilapidation in parts, we focused on retaining the individual rustic character of each barn which resulted in producing five outstanding contemporary living style barns of meticulous detailing.
Both trades and materials were all sourced locally, with an eco-friendly approach to the design, combined with using a sustainable energy system from ground source heat pumps, meant the carbon footprint of the entire project was kept to a bare minimum.
The success of the development has been recognised in awards both locally and nationally.
On arrival, the overall first impressions of the barns are of retained traditional beauty, yet behind the exteriors are nothing short of a hidden gem.
